Delivery Options

Our comprehensive fleet of vehicles and team of experienced drivers mean we are able to deliver your order at your convenience.  All of our trucks are fitted with satellite tracking which allows us to monitor the location of our trucks and track your order all the way to your door.  We are also able to supply materials on FORS registered vehicles to a Bronze standard.

Call us with your requirements

Loose bulk deliveries are transported to site by tippers and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the vehicle can gain access and tip safely.  We can also offer delivery on 4 wheel rigid tippers to service addresses with access constraints.  Please note that due to possible segregation of material when transporting our self-binding products we are unable to deliver any quantity less than five tonnes loose tipped.  We can however deliver your required quantity in bulk bags.

Caution: Attention should be taken when requesting artics to deliver on site as a full load can weigh up to 44 tonnes and it is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the ground is solid and level and that there is no danger with overhead cables etc.

Bulk bagged deliveries Bulk bagged deliveries When ordering a small amount of bulk bags we will offer you a kerbside tail-lift lorry which will place the pallet as near as possible to where you need it. The ground and road need to be flat, level and solid to use this system. Broken concrete, grass, gravel or sloping ground is unsuitable and pallets may only be left on the roadside at the drivers’ discretion if deemed safe to do so. To view the delivery method please watch the video below:

Alternatively bulk bagged deliveries can be made using one of our crane off load vehicles. This allows bags to be ‘lifted’ into position if access is difficult or craned over walls and fences within reach. Please take a look at the options in the table shown below.

Notice periods

Notice periods vary depending on what you require.  If ordered by 10am we can deliver bulk bags via our carrier on a standard 48 hour economy service.  The delivery will be made anytime from 8am to 5.30pm.  Upgrade options for Premium Next Day and AM are also available.

If ordering bulk bags for delivery on any of our crane off load, moffett or curtain sided vehicles we will ask for as much notice as possible - with 72 hours being the minimum.

When ordering 8 wheeler rigid and artic tipper loose loads, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. Our 4 wheel rigid tipper is very popular and so we would ask for as much notice here as possible.  Usually 72 hours notice will be ample, however, during our busy periods this is likely to be extended.

If materials are required in bulk bags please call us and we will get your order bagged and ready for collection.

Please note that for safety reasons we must be able to mechanically load your vehicle therefore you will require any of the following, a tipper lorry, a pick-up, a 4 x 4 with suitable trailer. Vehicles with open grid backs, vans and closed backed vehicles and are not acceptable. If you have any queries please telephone ahead.

Full PPE will be provided at our weighbridge office on arrival. 

Payment can be made at the time of collection by cash or debit/credit card at no extra cost.

Our quarry is open for collections on Monday to Friday from 7.30am until 4.30pm excluding Bank Holidays.
