RHS Chelsea Flower Show: Under Southern Skies
"Under Southern Skies" Garden - Brought to you by garden designer, Siobhan Keating and sculptor, Dawn Conn.
As we continue to reflect on the incredible businesses and individuals we've had the pleasure of supporting at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026, we're delighted to celebrate the achievements of garden designer Siobhan, whom we had the pleasure of working with for the very first time at RHS Chelsea.
From our initial conversations in April through to the completed trade stand at the show, it was fantastic to see Siobhan's vision come to life. Watching the stand take shape and become a reality at Chelsea was a truly rewarding experience.
5-Star Trade Stand Award:
A huge congratulations to Siobhan and the entire team on receiving a prestigious 5-Star Trade Stand Award. This is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the creativity, dedication, and hard work of everyone involved.
Working alongside the Special Aggregates team, Siobhan selected our 10mm Breedon Buff, as the perfect finishing touch for the trade stand. Its natural colour and quality helped complement the overall design beautifully. Breedon Buff is also available in 14mm and 20mm to suit a range of landscaping projects.

A tesimonial and message from Siobhan, Garden Designer of SK Gardens NZ:
"It was a real pinch-me moment to exhibit at Chelsea Flower Show. As a New Zealand garden designer, I collaborated with a fellow New Zealand-born sculptor to create a garden that celebrated the country’s wild landscapes and the sense of refuge found in its untouched natural places.
From the outset, it was important that every material contributed to that story. We kept the palette deliberately restrained, combining charred timber, Corten steel and Breeden’s natural stone to create a calm, cohesive backdrop that allowed the bronze sculptures and planting to take centre stage. The gravel worked beautifully alongside the weathered plinths, adding another layer of texture while reinforcing the natural character we were trying to achieve.
One of the biggest lessons from the project was the value of restraint. By carefully selecting a small number of high-quality materials and allowing them to complement one another, we created an atmospheric space that felt immersive and inviting. The garden became a living frame for the sculptures, encouraging visitors to slow down, explore and experience the space as a whole.
The response throughout the show was amazing! We had a constant flow of visitors stopping to walk through the garden, take photographs and spend time within it. Creating an experience that people genuinely wanted to engage with was always our goal, and it was wonderful to see that come to life.
The Breeden team were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. Their support, along with the quality and character of the stone, played an important role in helping us realise the vision for the garden."
We're incredibly proud to have played a small part in such a successful project and would like to thank Siobhan for choosing to work with us. We wish the team continued success and look forward to the opportunity to collaborate again in the future.
