Terms & Conditions
1. Breedon Trading Limited (“Breedon”)(a company registered in England and Wales with company no. 00156531 and whose registered office is at Pinnacle House, Breedon Quarry, Breedon on the Hill, Derby, DE73 8AP) is the promoter of the Promotion (the “Promoter”).
2. Breedon is part of the Breedon group of companies, further details of which can be found at www.breedongroup.com (“Group”). Save for the rights of each member of the Group to enforce any rights under these Terms, nothing in the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall operate to give any third party any right to enforce any of these Terms. “Breedon” is a trading name of the Breedon Group.
3. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
4. The Promotion is not open to any employees of the Promoter or the Group, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
5. There is no entry fee.
6. By entering the Promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by any entrant shall void their entry and shall not be included in the Promotion. Misrepresented or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry and will not be included in the Promotion.
7. The Promotion is advertised on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
8. You can enter the Promotion from Friday 13th March 2026 closing on Thursday 2nd July 2026 at 12am midnight (the “Promotion Period”).
9. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. In order to enter the Promotion, you must, during the Promotion Period:
Simply email a jpeg image (no larger than 15mb) of your project before our product was installed and another of your finished project showing our product to specialaggs@breedongroup.com
The products photographed MUST be genuine Breedon Special Aggregates products as shown on our website.
11. All entrants must follow correctly the entrance requirements and in full in order to qualify as a valid entry.
12 The Promoter shall have the final determination as to whether or not the entrance requirements have been met in respect of any entry to the Promotion.
13. By entering, all entrants agree to the use of photos on Breedon Special Aggregates Website, its social networks and advertising.
14. Breedon will ensure that any house numbers, car registrations etc. that may be visible on submitted photos are either obscured or cropped.
15. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including (without limitation) fraud, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, tampering, or other reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control which affect the normal fairness, integrity and proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant(s) from the Promotion and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
16. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion.
17. The prize is as follows: 4 x Merlin Essential passes The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
18. One winner will be selected at random on Friday 3rd July 2026 (the “Draw Date”) from all entries received and verified by the Promoter.
19. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the Draw Date (the “Notification”). If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of the Notification, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same way.
20. The Promoter will notify the winner how to claim their prize.
21. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The Promotion and these terms and conditions and any disputes or questions of interpretation of the terms of the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of English and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
23. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their Project image, surname and county in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data shall be collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. 24. The winner’s surname will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: specialaggs@breedongroup.com
25. Entry into the Promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
26. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
27. The Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
