‘Snap Your Aggs’ Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   1. The promoter of this prize draw (the "Promotion") is Breedon Trading Limited ("Breedon", “Promoter”, "we", "our" or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 00156531, whose registered office is at Pinnacle House, Breedon Quarry, Breedon on the Hill, Derby, DE73 8AP.
   2. Breedon is part of the Breedon group of companies (the "Breedon Group"). Details of the Breedon Group can be found at www.breedongroup.com.
   3. A reference to "Breedon" includes any member of the Breedon Group involved in the administration of the Promotion.
2. Eligibility
   1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
   2. The Promotion is not open to any employees of Breedon or the Breedon Group, their immediate family members, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion.
   3. Breedon reserves the right to require proof of eligibility and identity.
3. Promotion Period
   1. The Promotion opens at 12:00am on Monday 6 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 6 September 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
   2. Entries received after the end of the Promotion Period will not be accepted and therefore void.
4. How to Enter
   1. Entries are free of charge.
   2. You may only submit one entry to this Promotion. Any entry may contain one or more photographs relating to the same project. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into this Promotion.
   3. To enter, participants must submit during the Promotion Period:
      1. their name and email address;
      2. one or more JPEG image(s) of a completed project featuring a genuine Breedon Special Aggregates product;
      3. by email to specialaggsmedia@breedongroup.com; and
      4. each image must not exceed 15MB in size.
   4. Products featured in the photograph must be genuine Breedon Special Aggregates products available through Breedon. Breedon reserves the right to request reasonable evidence that the project incorporates a genuine Breedon Special Aggregates product.
   5. Only complete entries submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be eligible.
   6. Breedon accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or otherwise not successfully received.
5. Entry Requirements
   1. By submitting an entry, the entrant warrants and represents that:
      1. they are the creator of the photograph or otherwise have the right to submit it;
      2. the photograph does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights of any third party;
      3. any individuals identifiable in the photograph have consented to the photograph being submitted and used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
      4. the photograph is not defamatory, offensive, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate; and
      5. the information submitted is true and accurate.
   2. Breedon reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry which it reasonably believes does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
   3. Breedon's decision regarding eligibility and compliance shall be final.
6. Use of Submitted Photographs
   1. Entrants retain ownership of their photographs.
   2. Entrants warrant that they have obtained all necessary permissions, licences and consents required for the submission and use of any photograph entered into the Promotion.
   3. By submitting an entry, entrants grant Breedon and members of the Breedon Group a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, copy, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute and display the submitted photographs for marketing, promotional, advertising, public relations and business purposes in any media now known or developed in the future without further compensation to the entrant.
   4. This may include use:
      1. on Breedon's websites and social media channels;
      2. in brochures, catalogues, flyers and other marketing materials;
      3. in point-of-sale materials;
      4. in presentations, case studies and project showcases;
      5. in press releases and other publicity materials; and
      6. in digital and printed advertising.
   5. Breedon may crop, resize, edit or otherwise adapt photographs provided that the overall nature of the image is not materially altered.
   6. Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing will not affect any lawful use of photographs that has already taken place or any continued use that remains lawful under applicable data protection law.
   7. Breedon will take reasonable steps to obscure or remove personal identifiers visible within photographs, such as house numbers or vehicle registration numbers, before publication.
7. Prize
   1. The prize is one (1) National Garden Voucher with a value of £250.
   2. The prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing entity, including any expiry dates, redemption restrictions and usage requirements. Breedon accepts no responsibility for the provision, administration or fulfilment of the voucher by the issuer.
   3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
   4. The prize is subject to availability. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Breedon reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value.
8. Winner Selection
   1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
   2. The draw will take place on Monday 7 September 2026.
9. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
   1. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the draw.
   2. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification.
   3. If:
      1. the winner cannot be contacted;
      2. the winner is ineligible; or
      3. the winner fails to claim the prize within 14 days,

Breedon reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a reserve winner using the same process.

9. 4. Breedon shall not be responsible if a winner fails to receive a notification due to inaccurate contact information.
10. Publicity
    1. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that Breedon may publish or make available information indicating that a valid prize award took place.
    2. Breedon may publish the winner's surname, county and winning entry publicly on Breedon’s website and social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and X (formerly Twitter), or make those details available on request, in accordance with applicable law and advertising rules.
    3. Entrants may object to such publication or request that the amount of information disclosed be reduced. Any objection should be submitted to Breedon when claiming the prize.
    4. Where an objection is received, Breedon may still disclose relevant information to regulators where required to demonstrate that the Promotion has been conducted properly.
11. Data Protection
    1. By entering this Promotion, you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purposes set out in clause 10 above. 
    2. Breedon will use your personal information only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy available on our website www.breedongroup.com, and at all times in accordance with applicable data protection legislation including, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
12. Limitation of Liability
    1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits Breedon's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to this, Breedon will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to Breedon or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by a third party.
    2. Breedon shall not be responsible for any technical malfunction, system failure, network interruption or other event which may result in an entry being lost, delayed or not properly received.
13. Cancellation and Variation
    1. Breedon reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control or where required for the proper administration of the Promotion.
14. General
    1. Anyone wishing to obtain the winner's surname and county may send a request to specialaggsmedia@breedongroup.com within 28 days of the closing date.
    2. Breedon's decision regarding all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final.
    3. Breedon reserves the right to refuse or cancel entries if fraudulent activity is suspected, including misuse of the Promotion.
    4. Failure by Breedon to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
    5. Except for members of the Breedon Group, no person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any provision of them.
    6. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with National Garden, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) or any other social media platform.
    7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
