Stanton Vale Special School

Stanton Vale Special School at Long Eaton wanted to create a Sensory Garden for their students to enjoy.  They needed to construct an access pathway to the garden which was wheelchair friendly to ensure that all of their students cound enjoy the new outdoor space.  With this in mind we suggested that our Breedon Golden Amber self-binding gravel would be the perfect solution.

As you can see the Breedon Gravel has provided a robust and durable path surface for the Sensory Garden whilst its' natural colour compliments the area marvelously.

Sophie Stirling from the school said the following kind words: "I wanted to say a massive Thank you to you and your company for donating Breedon Golden Amber gravel to my school, Stanton Vale special needs school.

We needed to make a path through the middle of our Sensory Garden so our wheelchair students can enjoy it. We are trying to make the grounds as accessible as possible for our wonderful students so they can enjoy the sensory experience.

We really appreciate the support and kindness of local businesses such as Breedon as we have lots of amazing young people at Stanton Vale, which is why we want it to be the best it can be for them. Thanks again. "

It was a pleasure to be able to help out this local School create such an important ourdoor space for their wonderful pupils.
