Snap Your Aggs Competition!

Have you purchased any products from our Breedon Special Aggregates range within the last year? If so, you could be in with a chance of winning a £200 National Garden Gift Voucher!
If you have directly purchased any of our aggregates to complete a project or to revamp your garden, simply email photographs (no larger than 15mb) of your finished space to specialaggs@breedongroup.com, we will enter you into our prize draw and the winner will be selected at random and notified by email.
It’s as easy as that!
Please note that this competition supersedes the previously advertised Snap Your Aggs competition. A decision was made in view of the travel restrictions imposed surrounding the current Covid-19 pandemic, a 2 night stay away was a prize that potentially may not be used. In light of this the competition has been extended and a Gift Voucher prize that is available nationally throughout the restrictions has been chosen. We hope it can be used to compliment your designs!

1. The promoter is Breedon Trading Ltd (company no. 156531) whose registered office is at Pinnacle House, Breedon Quarry, Breedon on the Hill. DE73 8AP
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Breedon Group and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The competition is advertised on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.
6. Closing date for entry 31st July 2021.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Simply email a jpeg image (no larger than 15mb) of our products used within your project to specialaggs@breedongroup.com
The products photographed MUST be genuine Breedon Special Aggregates products as shown on our website.
9. All entrants agree to the use of photos on Breedon Special Aggregates Website, its social networks and advertising.
10. Breedon Special Aggregates will ensure that any house numbers, car registrations etc. that may be visible on submitted photos are either obscured or cropped.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. The prize is as follows: A £200 National Garden Centre Gift Voucher. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. The winner will be selected at random on 1st August 2021 from all entries received and verified by Promoter.
15. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
16. The promoter will notify the winner how to claim their prize.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
20. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: specialaggs@breedongroup.com
21. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. You are providing your information to Breedon Trading Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at /privacy/
23. Breedon Trading Ltd‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
24. Breedon Trading Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
25. Breedon Trading Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
